We will arrange a meeting in person to understand any issues you may be experiencing and to acquaint ourselves with your development. Based on our assessment, we will then recommend services that are best suited to your property, though we will be transparent about any limitations in our ability to help or save you money.

If you switch to R&J Property Group, we will work with your current agent to ensure a seamless handover of all of the relevant documents, keys, service charge funds, and other pertinent information. We have clear procedures in place for this process. Typically, your current agent will require at least three months' notice. During this time, we will collaborate with you to develop a realistic and robust plan for the future management of your development. In some cases, you may not have the authority to appoint a managing agent, but please do not hesitate to contact us as we may still be able to provide advice.
